These guys are AMAZING live… I saw them about fifteen years ago at the Illinois State Fair, and I was just this little kid jammin along and singing my little *** off. It was great. Awesome memories!!!

My father died in 1994, and as difficult as that will always be, something that was so comforting was the fact that I always ended my phone conversations with him with “I love you.” Today is Father’s Day, and I raised a glass to him as I walked around my property and looked at the redwoods, firs, and cedars in the golden evening light. This is a great song — my brother and I weren’t the kind of siblings that told each other I love you growing up, but after our Mom died in 2004 my brother gave me a CD and this is one of the songs he said was for me — he way of telling me he loves me and always has — btw now when we talk to each other we ALWAYS end the conversation with I LOVE YOU….
