I also noticed the “u” being used instead of you. Not that hard to type two more letters, and achieve proper English.

because it’s about america. and we’re touchy. we can make fun of everybody else, including religions, leaders, and even those who are dead, but if you say “america” more than three times in a row, then we’ll call you a bunch of **** to make us feel better.
we’re just the bully on the playground.

To all u clueless americans out there this is called humour (please note the ‘u’ used to spell humour). This is a parody of how u people come across to the rest of us anglophones. For those americans who do not understand the aforementioned word anglophone please consult a dictionary.

You should go get your facts straight man. We, in Britain, have adopted a democratic society which means, although we have a queen, she doesn’t rule. Democracy means “People Power”, hence the people rule. You’re right about the necessity of the queens signature in order to declare war, but the signature is basically a formality - she cannot refuse to sign her name if the people have spoken.

actually your queen presides over austrailia as well. jamaica, new zealand, and canada too. yup. it’s like she jumped straight out of the thirteenth century. (the same one she was born in)

I happen to rather enjoy America, it’s not my fault people choose to compare everything to it.

Or, you know, think one western nation is better than another.

And just because some people don’t have pride for their own country, it doesn’t mean I should feel dumb for having some about mine.

Cause, you know, we gave plenty of things to you Euros, like David Hasselhoff.

So you guys enjoy your rugby and we’ll enjoy our right to bear arms.

    Which is pretty sweet btw.

well i think some people get annoyed at the patriotism and how people always compare everything to america, and obv the foreign policy, but not everybody does.

  15. September 12th, 2010 at 08:34 | #15

  16. September 14th, 2010 at 04:27 | #16

sorry **** to be pain in the *** but the queen rules over the whole of great britain and the commonwealth what she says actually goes she just barely rules any more but the queen is the only one who can declare war and if that isnt rule than tell me what is
and kristin jp what you go through cant be that bad we in england are fine with the queen and i personally think that you should get your exemption tho youve got your own government why not a king of austrailia that would be cool

I love it! Clever too. The lyrics have got about all the impassioned intelligence and imagination of patriotism itself.
